RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
No refunds, exchanges or cancellations will be accepted; no exceptions. Store credit only. MILK merchandise is eligible for store credit within 7 days upon delivery. FINAL SALE on ALL Sale & Promotional Discounted Items.
Items eligible for return MUST be unworn, unused, unwashed in its original state with original tags attached.
In the event, damaged merchandise is received from MILK please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
Return shipping is to be paid for by the customer.
Changes may not be made once an order has been placed.
Processing time for RETURN orders may take 5-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email upon receipt of undamaged merchandise.
